Contract processing of small to large workpieces using machine tools and molds. *Details of processing machines are currently available.

We have a track record of implementation with major automobile manufacturers and machine tool manufacturers! If you are struggling with selecting processing companies due to the closure of existing partner manufacturers, please consult with us first.

At Tokai Iron Works Co., Ltd., we handle the processing of machine tools and molds for small to large workpieces (castings, cast steel, steel materials, aluminum). We offer primary processing of molds (seat surfaces, side surfaces, tapping, reaming), shape matching processing (assembly compatible), profile processing, processing machine tools (columns, etc.), and we can handle rough machining to finishing for steel materials and aluminum. 【A must-see for those facing these issues】 ■ I want to process workpieces ranging from small items to a maximum size of 5 meters. ■ I am struggling to select a processing contractor due to the closure of existing partner manufacturers. ■ There are few manufacturers that can handle 2D drawings. *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.

Design with dimensional accuracy to reduce mold costs and lower expenses (as indicated in the drawing).

[Drawing Instructions] Design with dimensional accuracy to reduce mold costs and achieve cost reduction!

Using dedicated press molds for drawing allows for processing with a very high dimensional accuracy of ±0.05. However, in sheet metal products that undergo drawing processing, not everything needs to be processed with high precision. If a new press mold is created each time, costs will increase, and it may also result in excessive quality in terms of dimensional accuracy. The simple positioning method using a simple mold, "simple mold," is a cost-effective approach for initial investment. Designing according to this dimensional accuracy helps reduce costs. If dimensional accuracy can be tolerated up to the normal tolerance of ±0.2mm for precision sheet metal, the adoption of simple molds becomes possible, enabling cost reduction. 【Features】 ■ Use of cost-effective simple molds for initial investment ■ Cost reduction by designing according to dimensional accuracy *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Three main technologies of press molds

Using different molds, we perform sheet metal work! Introducing progressive dies, single-stroke dies, and transfer dies.

Products are made using molds and various technologies, and there are mainly three types of molds. The first is progressive press, the second is single-stroke press, and the third is transfer press processing method. I will briefly introduce each of them. *For detailed information on the column, please refer to the related links. For more details, feel free to contact us.*
